During the show, the singer performed an unreleased song, one which is set to be his next single.“Hong Kong, that was a special song only for Hypefest,” he shared with the crowd during his set. “It’s the acoustic version of my upcoming single.” However, DEAN remained tight-lipped about remaining details of the song, including its release date.Hongkong, that was a special song just only for hypefest.

Mad Cool festival have teamed up, and announced the full line-up for the 2025 edition. Creamfields has unveiled a new 360° Halo “mega stage” for its upcoming 2025 edition.Last week (October 29), the British festival – which first debuted in 1998 – gave fans their first-look at the newly-minted, Rockstar Energy-sponsored main stage way ahead of its debut at Creamfields next year (August 21-24).The Halo stage is the “evolution of Runway”, its existing main stage that’s existed since 2022 up to this year’s edition at Daresbury, Cheshire – which featured Calvin Harris, Fatboy Slim, Peggy Gou, Martin Garrix and Tiësto, among others.The new stage will feature “a monumental 45 metre diameter, cyclical outdoor arena with pioneering 360 and overhead video, lighting and sound”, which was designed in partnership with design studio Lucid Creates.Halo is the festival’s newest stage addition after this year’s APEX stage, which was touted as the largest indoor festival superstructure in the world.Last month (October 4), two men were given prison sentences after being found with ketamine-filled Kinder Eggs in their bums at Creamfields 2024.Sniffer dogs alerted police as the pair were about the enter the event through the North gate. Both men were then taken to be searched by officers.

Check them out below.Set to take place this Sunday (August 18), the show will mark the singer’s only remaining London gig of 2024, and is set to see her receive support across the evening from Big Thief, Tirzah and Shida Shahabi.Now, just two days before she takes to the stage for the West London series, PJ Harvey has shared the stage times for the event – with doors opening at 3pm and opener Shida Shahabi kicking off the performances at 3:50pm.Tirzah will then follow suit, with a set starting from 5:05pm, before direct support comes from Big Thief, who begin their set at 6:20pm.

Peggy Gou‘s Seoul Boiler Room set has reportedly been shut down by the police over fears of crowd crushing.The Boiler Room event, which was held at Seoul’s SFactory last Saturday (July 27), was evacuated between “between 12:30AM and 12:40AM” before the South Korean DJ was due to headline the stage, according to reports from Mixmag.Elkka, Jyoty, and Soichi Terada were also due to play the event.In added reports from Korea Times, emergency services received reports of overcrowding during the event, whereupon 11 fire engines and 42 firefighters were sent to the venue. Five people were reportedly treated for breathing difficulties, but no casualties or serious injuries have been recorded.A witness told Mixmag that there were crowd control issues before the DJ was due to headline, saying that the immense mass of people trying to see her on the third floor of the venue was “causing a jam.”Despite efforts from the venue to use a one-way system or creating passages for concertgoers to use separate staircases, the witness claimed fans began “cramming” the one way system, creating a bottleneck.The witness also added that it was “35 degrees outside and the humidity level was around 80%, we were in a tropical state.

Peggy Gou, Justice and LCD Soundsystem have been announced as headliners for a brand new event by the creators of Life Is Beautiful.Titled A Big Beautiful Block Party, the new two-day fest will make its way to Downtown Las Vegas on September 27 and 28. Other acts set to perform include the likes of Jamie XX, Jungle, James Blake, Thundercat, Toro y Moi, Badbadnotgood, Neil Frances, LP Giobbi, Empress Of, John Talabot, and Fifi.The festival will be comprised of two stages offering non-stop music from 5pm to 2am each day.

Jack Dunn Las Vegas-based art and music festival Life is Beautiful will shift to a new format that aims to turn Sin City’s downtown into a “massive dance party.” Festival organizers on Tuesday unveiled plans for A Big Beautiful Block Party, described as a two-day “celebration of the culture, ideals and evolution of Downtown Las Vegas.” It’s set for Sept. 27-28. The EDM-focused block party format is designed to offer a more intimate experience than past iterations of the festival which included overlapping musical sets and multiple stages.
