To put that in another perspective, CBS beat the Comcast-owned network by 723,000 sets of eyeballs in primetime, according to data spanning from September 23, 2019 to September 13 this year.That primetime win for CBS was in no small part thanks to NCIS.The 20-episode long 17th season of the Mark Harmon-led procedural snared an average audience of 15.3 million, making it the most watched.
