Mason Mount and his family were given a warm welcome to Manchester United by Lisandro Martinez following his switch from Chelsea earlier this week.
Less than a week after making a breakthrough in negotiations with Chelsea, the Reds unveiled Mount as their first signing of the summer transfer window on Wednesday.
He has joined the club on an initial five-year deal. He was United manager Erik ten Hag's primary target to strengthen the Reds' midfield options this summer and he will now be hoping that the England international will hit the ground running.
He could make his debut when United face Leeds United in their opening pre-season friendly on Wednesday in Norway. Mount trained with his new teammates for the very first time on Thursday and appeared to have settled straight in, with several photographs and videos released by the club showing him donning a huge smile on his face and appearing to be right at home.
