David de Gea has been tipped to move to Saudi Arabia after leaving Manchester United. The Spaniard announced his exit from Old Trafford on Saturday after 12 years at the club.
United remained in negotiations with De Gea for several months but insist a new contract was never formally offered. De Gea was the last of United's title-winning squad under Sir Alex Ferguson, who won the crown in 2013.
Now, he's set for a new venture away from United and probably the Premier League. According to Betfair, his most likely destination is Saudi Arabia.
He is 9/4 to join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante in the Middle East. Want to join our MUFC Pro club for a totally ad-free version of the MEN’s Man United app packed with premium features? Click here Other destinations include Major League Soccer.
