King Charles has spoken before about how "enormously proud and happy" he is to be a grandfather and as the nation gears up for the biggest event we've ever had in his honour, some of his grandchildren will be there in person to witness his day.
He may be preparing for the one of the most historic events in history to take place when he is crowned King, but to his five grandkids, he'll always be 'granddad'.
The Royal Family may not be known for their gushing openness about their feelings towards each other - apart from Prince Harry, perhaps, who has been spilling rather a lot of private family information of late in TV interviews with the likes of Oprah Winfrey, and his tell-all memoir Spare which was released earlier this year.
But Charles has never shied away about speaking of the pride he has for his younger relatives and it's clear to see his love for them.
