Former Westlife star Brian McFadden is being tipped by fans to join the line-up for this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!The Boyzlife singer is currently at odds of 3/1 to venture into the Australian jungle, as the much-anticipated show is set to return on Sunday, November 17.
If he were to enter the jungle, McFadden would be following in the footsteps of his ex-wife Kerry Katona, who won the title of queen of the jungle back in 2004.Unveiled as other potential contestants are The Saturdays' Una Healy, with the bookies placing her at 4/1, while BoyzLife’s Keith Duffy and Westlife's Nicky Byrne are also contenders with odds of 6/1 each.
Ladbrokes’ Alex Apati shared his thoughts stating: "From Queen of My Heart to King of the Jungle? The odds suggest a stint Down Under could be on the cards for Brian McFadden next month."Although the official campmate line-up is yet to be declared, it has been reported that unlike previous years that saw figures like Nigel Farage and Matt Hancock join the camp which drew mixed reviews, this season will not feature a British politician.
The series has witnessed nine politicians amongst its ranks over its 22-year tenure, including Nadine Dorries and Stanley Johnson, but this year, even Ant and Dec have hinted at the prospects of running a series "without any politicians", reports the Irish Mirror.
