Jeremy Clarkson has seemingly confirmed that Clarkson’s Farm will return for a third series despite reports he’d been axed from Amazon Prime Video.
The documentary series premiered back in 2021 and follows 62-year-old Jeremy and his life on his farm in the Cotswolds.However, following Jeremy’s controversial comments about Meghan Markle in a column for The Sun, there were calls for his show to be axed. READ MORE: Jeremy Clarkson launches his own range of crisps costing eye-watering £38 a boxThe former Top Gear host reportedly sparked the ire of Prime Video bosses after the controversial column, in which Jeremy suggested Meghan should be “paraded naked” through the streets and pelted with “excrement”.It was initially reported in Variety that Amazon Prime Video would be axing Jeremy’s shows, though the streaming giant did not comment.Sources claimed that his tenure at the streaming service would not reach beyond 2024, or after the series of The Grand Tour and Clarkson’s Farm that have already been commissioned, and that he wouldn't appear in any further Prime shows.And now, it seems Jeremy’s farm series will be back on screens as he issued a three-word statement on Twitter.Replying to a fan on Monday (February 13) Jeremy was asked: “I loved it watched it on Saturday that just passed, loved the show can't wait for a season 3 if there is one.”To which he simply responded: "There is one."Plenty of fans were thrilled to hear the news, with one proclaiming: “Glad to hear it!” Another added: "Best news I’ve heard in a long time!
