Gabrielle Union is reacting to NBC’s new workplace harassment prevention plans. Universal TV and Streaming chairman Mark Lazarus issued a memo to employees on Tuesday (July 7) where he explained that the company is upping it’s efforts to create a safe working environment where employees feel safe to come forward with issues of misconduct, according to Hollywood Reporter.
Shortly after the memo was released, Gabrielle reacted to it, saying that it’s a step in the right direction, but “more changes are needed” to prevent further cases like hers. Gabrielle appeared as a judge on season 14 of America’s Got Talent.
