Emmerdale fans seriously concerned for Marlon Dingle as recovery battle takes dark turn

LESS than three months after his stroke, Marlon Dingle continues his journey to a full recovery. However, the storyline was deemed unrealistic by Emmerdale viewers who are struggling to believe in the chef's quick progress.

Marlon Dingle (portrayed by Mark Charnock) has spent recent weeks fully committed to recovering from his stroke. Last night's trip to the ITV Dales showed him learning how to walk back on his own two feet as his speech has been slowly improving.

The professional chef was pushed by Kit, his physical therapist, to find his independence again with the help of two parallel bars as he was asked to pull himself up from his wheelchair.

But when his efforts didn't pay off, Marlon grew frustrated and ordered the physiotherapist (played by Thoren Ferguson) to leave his house, calling him a sadist.
