couple have claimed they have been "living in darkness" after their creepy neighbour set up a mannequin to watch them from his loft window.
TV costume designer Rosie Taylor-Davies and her husband Christopher said they have had to keep their curtains drawn ever since Simon Cook built a Velux window which directly faces their bedroom near Richmond Park.
To "add insult to injury", the married dad then installed a blonde mannequin in the window, whom they say glares at them while they are trying to take a shower. The couple said they have to get undressed behind a bookcase, because it is the only point on their top floor where they can't be viewed.
They claim the ordeal has escalated due to Mr Cook not using frosted glass. Mr Cook was not a party to the case, which was an attempt by judicial review by Mr and Mrs Taylor-Davies to get the council to take action against him, reports The Mirror.
