The family of a Celtic fan who vanished in the Canary Islands have discovered CCTV footage showing him lying 'unconscious' outside a bar doorway.Gary Watson Sheearer, 53, from Renfrew has not been seen since he left the Bar 67 pub in the Puerto Del Carmen resort in Lanzarote on March 16.Now his desperate family have told how fresh footage of the missing dad has increased fears over what has happened to him.An update on the Find Gary Shearer online appeal page on Wednesday read: "The last confirmed sighting we have of Gary now is between around 11:30pm-12:30am outside of Bar67 where he was laying unconscious.
There has been nothing since."Previous known CCTV sightings of Gary had shown him in a jovial mood and mixing with a group of six people inside the pub the night he disappeared.Gary, who has type-2 diabetes and is believed to be prone to seizures, had travelled to Lanzarote alone to celebrate St Patrick's Day but was reported missing when he failed to show up for his flight home.He was last seen wearing a green and white Celtic football top, white shorts and white trainers.
He is described as being just over 5ft 2 with grey/black hair and a slight limp.All hospitals on the islands have been checked and Gary has not been admitted to any of them.
His loved ones continued: "We still have absolutely no idea where Gary could be.
