After feeling lonely as a result of the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, and also determined to save some cash on London rent, author Megan moved back in with her father - who just so happens to be a Beefeater.
Having now called the Tower of London home for over two years, the 22 year old reveals all about the realities of living in the landmark and how her love story has its own 21st century twist… “Sometimes I feel as though I’m starring in my own romcom, complete with fairy-tale castle and royal history.
People are amazed when I tell them I live at the Tower of London, and that my soldier boyfriend works there – and they assume it’s where we met.
