Arsenal contract rebel Alexandre Lacazette has been slammed for his ability and urged to apologise after the Frenchman admitted he was in talks with other clubs.The 30-year-old has less than six months remaining on his current deal at the Emirates and has been free to discuss a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs since January.
However, the Gunners skipper still left fans stunned when he went public with an update on his future earlier this week.Lacazette revealed that he's in talks with a number of clubs over a potential summer move - including his former club, Lyon - while also reiterating his desire to play in the Champions League next year.
The striker hasn't played in the competition since he joined the Gunners back in 2017; although they are in with a shot at clinching a top-four finish this year to end that multi-year exile from Europe.However, Lacazette has been slammed by Gabby Agbonlahor - and the former Aston Villa striker has sensationally claimed that the misfiring striker might have already been playing Champions League football if he was a bit more consistent in front of goal.
He told Football Insider: "It’s cheeky. If he wants to play Champions League football the only team he’ll be playing it at is Partizan Belgrade or Panathinaikos.
