Zoe Hardman has revealed that she feels like 'the 21 year old version of herself' after peri-menopause hit her 'like a train crash'.
The 39 year old Heart Radio presenter, who shares Luna, five, and Kit, three, with rugby player boyfriend Paul Doran-Jones, 36, was diagnosed with the menopause at 37 when she told her doctor that she was 'not coping', four months after developing symptoms.
However Zoe, who is also step-mum to Paul's daughter Isla, eight, explained to OK! that she now feels 18 years younger following her prescription of HRT (hormone replacement therapy) following a 'horrendous time' with brain fog, headaches and joint pain.
