A white couple who brandished guns at Black Lives Matter protesters marching past their mansion have been charged - and could lose their licences to practice law.
Personal injury lawyers Mark McCloskey, 63, and his wife Patricia McCloskey, 61, were both indicted with unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with evidence on Tuesday, their attorney confirmed.
