A bullied inmate was pressured to take illicit drugs by fellow prisoners who would then watch him become disorientated 'for entertainment'.
Imran Azad - who claimed he was raped as a boy - was said to have been terrorised by other inmates who forced him to smoke psychoactive substances, according to a report into his death.
