Edinburgh woman who died after a tragic accident at a Scots train station has been remembered as a ‘wonderful mother’. Gran Amanda Telfer sadly passed away in the early hours of December 6 after being involved in an incident at Cupar train station in Fife.
The 49-year-old HM Revenue and Customs worker, who lived in Leith, had just welcomed a new grandson two weeks ago and was looking forward to meeting her fifth next year.
But her four children Patrice Keogh, 28, Trisha Williams, 28, Courtney Telfer, 20 and Ryan Telfer, 16, are now mourning the sudden loss of their beloved mum.
