Steph McGovern hosted today's lunchtime episode of Steph's Packed Lunch on Channel 4 with her guests Russell Kane, Kate Bottley and Alan Johnson.

The panel discussed general current affairs in the news before turning onto a lighter topic.The show was discussing the possibility of a four day working week.
