The guitarist for the popular country music band Rascal Flatts has reportedly pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.Joe Don Rooney, 46, was charged after he crashed his vehicle into a tree near Nashville, Tennessee last September.According to WKRN, the musician entered a guilty plea earlier this week and was sentenced to two days in jail.

Last year Rooney was booked into the Williamson County Jail just after 4AM on a Thursday after wrecking his vehicle.He was released about three hours later after posting a $2,500 bond, according to online records.
