Police have spoken from the scene of a shooting in Glasgow as their manhunt to trace the suspect continues. We told how, at around 5.15pm on Thursday, a man sporting a balaclava got out of a silver car in Firhill Street, in the Maryhill area of the city, and shot another man in the back.
Emergency services raced to the scene where they found the victim, aged 23, with serious injuries. He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.From the scene Detective Chief Inspector Peter Sharp said: “Officers and detectives are conducting CCTV and house-to-house enquiries to try and establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident, and I want to reassure members of the community
