Plans have been lodged to erect an LED advertising screen opposite a busy Kilmarnock junction.The digital screen would replace the existing billboard that currently sits across from the A71 exit slip.The Campbell Street blueprints have been lodged by Cormack Gracie Architects.The applicant states that the screen will be made up of 7 by 4 960mm x 960mm modules (total 6720x3840mm) with the screen sitting 3340mm above ground level.East Ayrshire Council planners will rule on the proposals at a future date.
