Pamela Anderson wanted to turn the obsession about her "boobs and boyfriends" onto saving animals. The 'Baywatch' star had always been keen to work with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and in a letter she penned over 25 years ago, she urged the charity to "use" her fame and attention to raise awareness of the need to protect animals.
In an 1995 letter published recently on her foundation's website, she wrote: "Dear PETA, I’m in a TV show called 'Baywatch' and the press is obsessed with my personal life.
