A new 115-home estate is planned for a an area of partially green land currently used for horses and a caravan storage park.
Morris Homes plan to build the estate north of Radcliffe Road, Darcy Lever, Bolton. A design and access statement lodged in support of outline planning permission gives details of the development site.
