Bradford City manager Mark Hughes has left fans stunned after proving that he still has the skills to pay the bills aged 58.

The former Manchester United and Barcelona playmaker returned to management in February after being out of the dugout since 2018 – when he was sacked by Southampton after under a year in charge.

His side were victorious over Scunthorpe on Saturday evening, Hughes’ first home win since becoming Bantam's boss. But the much-needed three points weren’t the only moment for Bradford fans to shout about.

Hughes also put on an ad-hoc skilful display when he was thrown the ball by a ball boy.Rather than catching the ball and giving it to his player who was waiting to take a throw-in, Hughes controlled the ball with his shoulder – drawing applause from supporters.
