Amanda Holden might well be one of the last people you’d expect to see let out a huge burp and post it on the internet, but the mum-of-two left her inhibitions behind in the name of TikTok this week.

Amanda, 41, took part in the viral Sprite Challenge where people are tasked with downing an entire bottle of the popular beverage without burping.The Britain's Got Talent judge, who was recently spotted out and about in an eye-catching botanical suit, was challenged to do it by radio station Heart Radio, where she hosts the morning show every weekday alongside Jamie Theakston.

Sharing the video to Heart’s Twitter page, it was captioned: “We asked @AmandaHolden to attempt the #SpriteChallenge and we regret it”.
