Manchester City are said to be rivalling Tottenham for the signing of Fiorentina forward Dusan Vlahovic. The Blues ' pursuit of a striker is no secret and they saw their efforts to sign Harry Kane scuppered in the summer as Spurs chairman Daniel Levy kept his prized possession after a fine European Championships for the England skipper.
Fiorentina are bracing themselves for summer interest in their forward, who has ruled out signing a new contract, but may look to offload him in January to boost their coffers further.
The fee in January is said to be in the region of £55m as Tuttomercato, via Marca, report that Spurs are preparing a move for the Serbian, with City also in pursuit.
