Lidl has unveiled its latest 16-year-old single malt - and it's available for an incredible price.The firm have launched Ben Bracken whisky - a 16-year-old Islay Single Malt Whisky (ABV 43%, 70cl) - for just £34.99.The brand say they expect the peated whisky to fly off the shelves this festive season.Whisky expert Blair Bowman has dubbed the single malt “an incredibly moreish" dram, that is perfect for the "colder winter months”.
The exclusive 16-year-old single malt is distilled on a secret distillery on Islay and joins Lidl’s existing range of award-winning scotch.The supermarket confirmed that when they recently released their Ben Bracken range - featuring a Highland, Speyside and Islay malt - the whisky produced on the famous island was.
