Fox News contributor and attorney Leo Terrell joined "Fox & Friends" Tuesday to explain why he applauds the move from some federal judges to boycott hiring Yale Law clerks.The move comes after an incident at the Ivy League law school this year where a bipartisan panel on civil liberties was disrupted by left-wing students.  LEO TERRELL: It's a great move by these judges and I applaud them. Why? Because you cannot have law clerks who are going to serve as members of the federal court system canceling half this country's viewpoint.The fundamental requirement for any law clerk is to be fair and to allow a marketplace of ideas.

North Carolina police officers who shot and killed a man throwing Molotov cocktails and setting cars on fire near a police station in May won’t face charges, prosecutors announced Monday. Wake County District Attorney Lorrin Freeman’s office released the results of an investigation into the officers’ use of force. Citing an imminent risk to officers and the public, Freeman's report said "the fatal use of force was not unlawful and that therefore, there is no legal basis for pursuing a criminal prosecution," news outlets reported.

Transgender women must still register for the military draft, according to the U.S. Selective Service.  "US citizens or immigrants who are born male and changed their gender to female are still required to register," the Selective Service states on its official website.  Individuals who were born female, but identify as male do not need to register for the military draft, per the government.  The policy is not new, but gained attention after the Selective Service tweeted at parents on Friday, reminding them that their sons must register.  U.S.

Residents of Chicago now fear a new wave of criminal activity as numerous incidents were reported of an armed suspect robbing postal workers at gunpoint.  Chicago mayoral candidate and Democratic alderman Raymond Lopez and Alderman Anthony Napolitano joined "Fox & Friends" Tuesday to discuss the Chicago crime wave and the new attacks.  "The criminals know that there are a lot of goods being transported through the Postal Service, and they are targeting our workers, trying to get a hold of those keys so that they could break into the mailboxes, violate federal law, city law and every other law they could think of, because in Chicago, there are no consequences," Lopez said.  One woman in Chicago reportedly had a $37,000 check stolen in October. After an Obama-appointed federal judge upheld a new Georgia election law against a challenge from Stacey Abrams, a top civil rights attorney told Fox News the Peach State's Democratic gubernatorial nominee continues to use an outdated political "playbook" to claim injustice.
