Joanna Jedrzejczyk has been banned for two months after suffering horrific swelling to her face during her defeat by Weili Zhang.
The Pole fell short with her challenge for Zhang's strawweight title but the rivals produced one of the best-ever fights in the UFC.
They threw almost 800 strikes between them over five razor-close rounds before Zhang was given the nod by split-decision. Jedrzejczyk looked almost unrecognisable at the final bell after her face ballooned.
She was given the all-clear after a trip to hospital but has now been told she cannot spar until April 22 and cannot fight until May 7.
