Ukrainians are burying bodies in mass graves after one of the bloodiest days in the Russian invasion of the country.Fifty-three people were killed in a devastating bomb blast in Chernihiv, including three children, with reports indicating some of the casualties included US citizens.
Russian troops have been blasting cities and slaughtering civilians with Vladimir Putin's planned invasion of Ukraine stalling into its fourth week after being met with Ukrainian resistance.
Putin's troops are continuing the onslaught of the country and have since killed 53 people in the northern town of Chernihiv in an intense bomb blast reported by Governor Viacheslav Chaus.Governor Viacheslav Chaus said: "We are suffering heavy losses - 53 citizens were killed yesterday."The report comes after 10 people were killed after Russian troops opened fire on civilians queuing for bread, with Russian forces continuing the onslaught of Ukrainian citizens.
Reports of US citizens being killed in the attack on Chernihiv were reported by The Sun, where a "heavy artillery attack on unarmed civilians" in the area left 53 dead.
