A grieving mum sobbed when she found a heartwarming last gesture from her daughter, days after she died aged just 29. Natalie Hilton was diagnosed with Bulbar Palsy, a Motor Neurone Disease in December 2018.
She had been trying to complete a bucket list of wishes before her health deteriorated further during lockdown. Despite a brave battle she died on June 16, Cheshire Live reports.
Mum Marie from Warrington said: "I was holding her hand and watching her and saw her take her last breath. "We knew she was dying but you are never prepared." Marie said her eldest daughter began to slur her speech in May 2018 and went to the doctors after having to leave her job.
