Gordon Taylor claims Premier League return ideas include matches less than 90 minutes

PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor has claimed that Premier League games may not be played over the full 90 minutes when the season resumes.

Top-flight bosses are exploring a number of options to improve the safety of players and staff involved in Project Restart amid the coronavirus outbreak.

These measures include having more substitutes per match and playing fixtures at neutral venues. The Premier League season is aiming to return in early-mid June for the first time since football was suspended in the United Kingdom in March.
