Gary Lineker has hilariously admitted he enjoys seeing his goalscoring records tumble - because it shows he is more than just the face of Walkers Crisps.
Lineker was regarded as one of the finest strikers of his generation, having won the 1986 World Cup Golden Boot and helped Tottenham to the 1991 FA Cup triumph.
The Leicester City also secured a Copa del Rey victory during his three-year spell in Spain with Barcelona. Since hanging up his boots in 1994, Lineker has forged a successful broadcasting career, starring as BBC's Match of the Dy host, and has also been the face of Leicester-based snack company Walkers for almost three decades.
