In addition to the milk, bread and eggs available on the fast-food giant's convenience menu will now offer hand sanitiser. The 50ml bottles of sanitiser are available both in McDonald's store and via their drive-thrus across Australia.

Each bottle will cost you $3.50, and all profits go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Jo Feeney, McDonald's Australia marketing director, said the famous burger chain was happy to do everything they can to help the community: "At Macca's, we're privileged to be able to play an active role in supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities," she said.
