Care home staff cause outrage for partying on chairs and playing with wheelchair

The clip was widely shared on social media and sparked outrage in some viewers, Manchester Evening New s reports. In the video, a member of staff is seen whizzing across the floor with a walking frame and is then is helped by another to do a wheelie in a wheelchair.
About a dozen staff are dancing around in the room while standing on chairs. The party took place after the staff had helped at a VE Day celebration for residents at Stoneleigh House in Oldham, Machester.
