The mother of a 'cheeky' and 'fun loving' two-year-old boy has paid tribute after he died in a tragic accident. Jordan Jonathon Allison, from Warrington, was taken to Alder Hey Children's hospital following the incident on Saturday, 18 September, the ECHO reports.
