Good Morning Britain fans were left up in arms after Downing Street Chief of Staff Steve Barclay was “too busy” to appear on the ITV breakfast show.

During Thursday’s (May 26) instalment of the popular news show, Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard were due to interview the MP as Boris Johnson faces further scrutiny for allegedly attending another party during the peak of the global pandemic.
