The Salisbury Poisonings BBC drama concluded on Tuesday night and the emotional finale left viewers in tears. The show depicted the poisoning of Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in 2018.

Dawn Sturgess and her boyfriend Charlie Rowley were accidentally caught in the crossfire after they came into contact with a perfume bottle contaminated with the nerve agent Novichok, and Dawn sadly lost her life.

At the end of the show, as the credits began to roll, a clip of the real Dawn, dancing with her daughter, was shown. Dawn, who was just 44 when she died, looked happy and healthy in the touching video.
