Tameside Magistrates Court has authorised a closure order on 6 Short Avenue, in Droylsden, following an application made by Tameside Council.

Neighbours of the terraced house, which was advertised as a holiday let, complained of anti-social behaviour and noise from gatherings at the property.

Council officers and Greater Manchester Police investigated the house, where parties were not only causing a disturbance but were in breach of coronavirus regulations.
