Adele’s £44.5million Hollywood home at 'high risk of earthquakes’

However, new survey findings have shown that the property is within an “active fault near-source zone”. According to The Sun, The California Geological Survey concluded that the building, perched on a hillside, is within an active fault, which could potentially generate a magnitude 7 quake.Homes in that particular area of the lucrative Beverly Park community could face a landslide if an earthquake struck so a special shut off valve for gas has been installed which will prevent explosions.
Adele, 33, paid £42 million for the property and other fabulous features include a two-bedroom guest house, theatre, library, golf course, gym, art studio, bar, cigar room and an infinity pool.She lives there with her son, Angelo, nine.Other famous residents of the gated community include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson and Justin Bieber.Meanwhile, the mega-rich star is said to have worn £2.2 million worth of jewels on a recent appearance on the Graham Norton show.
She also wore the jewels during a boozy night out in London's G-A-Y Heaven nightclub, including a £740,000 ring.The singer, who has a huge net worth of £162million, donned a pair of 22-carat earrings worth thousands as she sat down to chat with Graham Norton, 58.In the interview, Adele could be seen blinged-out as she wore 5ct, 4ct and 2ct Diamond Gypset Hoop Earrings, as well as three Ball n Chain Necklaces.Adele refused to confirm or deny that the ring was in fact an engagement ring.
