A woman has shown how easy it is for people to 'fake' perfection on Instagram - without the need for filters, Photoshop or even posing.

Influencer Georgie Clarke has built a 600k strong following thanks to her 'Instagram vs reality' pictures, which illustrate to people how misleading the social media platform can be.

In her latest post, Georgie has shown people how much of an effect lighting can have on a photograph, using pictures of her bum taken five seconds apart. When the camera is from a side & low angel… facing the shade means that the harshest part of the light hits your body. "When you face the sunlight directly on and the camera is shooting from the side, it softens the skin and creates lots of shadow effects appearing to be toned muscles. "These were taken 5 seconds apart from each other, they’re the exact same body in different lights.
