True Blood fans rejoice. We are reportedly going to be transported back into the vampire world created by author Charlaine Harris.
A reboot of the series is reportedly in the early stages of development at HBO.According to TVLine, Riverdale and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa will be at the helm of the reboot.
Of course, the original series creator, Alan Ball, has also jumped on board and will serve as an executive producer. Aguirre-Sacasa is also currently developing the Pretty Little Liars reboot at HBO Max.
However, the network is currently refusing to comment on the news.The series ran for seven seasons from 2008-2014 on the cable giant.
