An unnamed 44-year-old man riding a moped died from a head injury.Algerian delivery worker Mohammed Zakaria Salah Rakchi, 36, had just dropped his young daughter off at school when he was hit.
He remains in a medically induced coma. A lawyer for Rakchi’s family questioned whether being chased by police “was a triggering event for this driver and what might have led him to do the things that he did.”Police said they are reviewing their response.
