UK is set to be battered by a third storm in just a few days time, which will bring more gale force winds and snow.As of Sunday evening, roughly 16,000 homes in England's North East and Scotland remain without power as gusts of up to 90mph continue to cause chaos.
Two people were killed during Storm Malik, both crushed by trees, and the Met Office have said that Storm Corrie - a second weather front - is already bringing more gale force winds.
Unfortunately, weather modelling maps from WX Charts can reveal that another fierce weather front is set to hit Brits towards the end of this week.
Conditions look as if they will start deteriorating on Thursday, with things really going downhill on Saturday and Sunday.Wind speeds are predicted to peak at roughly 60mph to 70mph in Scotland on Sunday and Monday, with up to four inches of snow due to settle on the ground in the Highlands, according to WX Charts.
