The 25-year-old will depart Pompey this summer after he was not offered a fresh contract by Danny Cowley's side. Cannon racked up 79 appearances and three goals in total during his time at Pompey after arriving from Rochdale in January 2019.
He was a regular this campaign as Portsmouth narrowly missed out on the League One play-offs, turning out 49 times for the club this season under both Cowley and predecessor
