weight loss - and the star looks dramatically different.Quinton played Michael Oher in the 2009 sports film - alongside huge Hollywood stars like Sandra Bullock.The star put on weight during the pandemic, but he's now shed nearly 100lbs in a remarkable body transformation - dropping from 559lbs to 462.He's not stopping there, either, because he plans on losing another 64lbs by May 10 to pay tribute to his late mother on her birthday.Quinton said he used to binge eat at home during lockdown as he opened up about his weight loss to TMZ.His diet used to involve two jumbo-sized KitKat packs and two packs of Reese's at the start of his day as he had a newfound craving for chocolate, and he'd usually finish with a chocolate dessert if he went out to eat.Quinton would also eat a lot of bread - occasionally going through 2 large sandwiches in one sitting.However, when the new year came, the actor decided to lose weight in a bid to aid his career goals - including his music and production company.He said: "I used the new year as a way to get a new me."Aaron's trimmed physique came after he cut bread and chocolate bars from his diet, ditching sweet foods for Cobb salads in a Keto diet.The actor has also been fasting, keeping himself active by walking and stretching.He's aiming to weigh between 300 and 325lbs by the end of his weight loss regime.During his career, Quinton has also appeared in Law and Order, One Tree Hill, Mercy and a supernatural horror film called The Appearing.He's also starred in the likes of Jason's Letter, Busy Day, Fishbowl California, Halfway and Greater.For more of the latest showbiz news from the Daily Star, make sure you sign up to one of our newsletters here..
