A 15-year-old girl was knifed after being approached by 'two males' on the street. Emergency services were called to the 'incredibly frightening' incident on Chorley New Road, Horwich, at 11.50pm on Friday (October 22).
As reported by Manchester Evening News, the young victim was approached by two males - believed to be in their late teens - before she was stabbed in the stomach.
Detectives say they believe the victim was not the intended target. She was taken to hospital after suffering minor injuries and has since been discharged.
