Journalism vet Lydia Polgreen resigned as HuffPost’s editor-in-chief after three years to join Spotify as head of content for podcast studio Gimlet.
In her role at Gimlet, Polgreen will be responsible for overseeing the entire slate including strategic planning and setting a creative vision for the studio.
She joined Verizon-owned HuffPost in December 2016 after more than a decade at the New York Times.
