Paul Scholes has suggested Cristiano Ronaldo would not get into Liverpool's team - and Paul Pogba is the only Manchester United star who would.Ronaldo, 37, has failed to provide the impact that many thought he would at Old Trafford this season following his blockbuster return from Juventus last summer.
The Portuguese has scored nine goals in the Premier League - the same number as Sadio Mane and fewer than both Diogo Jota and the division's top scorer Mohamed Salah.
Given his disappointing return, it should perhaps come as little surprise that Scholes cannot find a way to include him in Liverpool's team, although he did find a place for Pogba.
The Frenchman has come in for significant criticism during his United career, but Scholes believes a Pogba firing on all cylinders would walk into Jurgen Klopp's side. "Pogba in his best form would (get into Liverpool's team)," he told Premier League Productions. "He is indicative of what the club are doing.
