South Ayrshire Council have refused to answer questions over the sale of Darlington Church and the future of the Common Good blaming to 'time and cost' constraints.Now the council have asked for the media enquiry to be submitted via FOI, leaving many of the questions on the sale of the church unanswered.While some of the questions would require officials to obtain specific information, many are simply questions about policy in relation to the common good.1.
